Images of TMV in ice at a calibrated magnification of 1.163 Å/pixel. These images were recorded on an FEI F30 at 200 kV with a dose of 15 e-/Å2 and an underfocus between 1.5 and 4.0 µm. Please see Sachse et al. (2007), J. Mol. Biol. 371, 812-835 for details.
