an alignment program for single-particle reconstruction (includes examples) (11 Mb). The development of the program FREALIGN was begun in 1997 at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge, UK with financial support from the MRC and the Deutsche Forschungsgesellschaft.
